Career Goals

Studying as an English major with a film minor, I’ve learned so much about my creativity and how I can place that in something that I can share with others. I write short stories and poetry, but I also have had a love for films and videos since I was young. My goal in this class is to help me create a platform where I can share my knowledge of what I have learned here at Westfield State University. With my knowledge of writing I believe I can share my love of films professionally and frequently. My dream career choice would be to one day become a professional editor. I find my greatest enjoyment in editing movies because of the creative choices and crafting in a visual medium that I find very entertaining.
